Autour du corps - omaggio al Bauhaus
The skirt-object stimulates the dancers’ repertoire, leading them to reprogram the image of their own bodies and their habits related to space and to their relationship with others, creating a new vocabulary and a new quality of movement.
The transformation of the object becomes a mechanism of the stage setting. Its continuous movement, composed of an infinite series of spirals, lines, and points, creates unexpected orientations and trajectories to rediscover the “place” that exists both inside and outside the human being.
